NEXENOPS is a unified business operating system designed for modern multi-location retail, hospitality, and service-based brands. It integrates inventory, point-of-sale, staff management, financials, and customer CRM into a single, high-performance web and offline-ready application.
NEXENOPS allows business owners to manage multiple independent companies ('tenants') under a single credential. Each tenant maintains isolated locations, inventories, staff, sales ledgers, and billing cycles, allowing you to manage a franchise or diverse portfolio seamlessly.
No, NEXENOPS operates on a flexible month-to-month subscription. There are no setup fees, activation costs, or long-term contract lock-ins. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing panel.
Yes. Our Intelligent POS terminal runs fully in the browser sandbox and caches active inventory locally. If your internet connection drops, you can continue scanning barcodes, adding cart items, and generating sales. Once connection is restored, the queue is synced automatically to the cloud ledger.
NEXENOPS supports international settings with local taxes, timezones, and registration numbers. You can select your currency (USD, EUR, GBP, NGN, KES, etc.) and configure custom tax classes for each business unit individually.
Managers can schedule shifts, assign duties, track clock-in/out times, and monitor active statuses. Roles carry granular permissions (e.g. Cashier, Manager, Inventory Admin, Owner) to ensure employees only access appropriate modules.
Yes! The POS register supports standard USB, Bluetooth, or built-in camera barcode scanners. Simply focus on the checkout window and scan to add items automatically using SKU or barcode fields.
Products are physical inventory items that track stock quantities, trigger low stock threshold alerts, and undergo warehouse transfers. Services represent non-tangible catalog items (e.g., consultations, service fees) that have set prices but do not require physical stock tracking.
You can move stock between branches and warehouses by creating a stock transfer draft, specifying quantities, and marking it completed. The system automatically decrements source stock and increments destination stock instantly.
Yes. Our Finance & Accounting module tracks sales revenue from POS checkouts and subtracts recorded expenses (rent, utilities, payroll) to generate real-time visual cashflow statements and profit & loss reports.
Subscriptions are billed per-business. Each business selects its billing tier (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate) and pays either monthly or annually. Owners can manage payment cards and view invoices for all businesses from their dashboard settings.
By selecting 'Pay yearly', you receive a dynamic global discount (configured by the platform super admin, e.g. 10%, 20%, or 50% savings) applied directly to your annual subscription cost, billed once at the start of the cycle.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Processing is securely handled by Stripe, and we do not store raw card credentials on our servers.
Yes. Limits depend on your selected plan. For example, Starter allows 1 business, 3 staff, and 500 products. Professional extends this to 5 businesses, 20 staff, and 5,000 products. Enterprise and Ultimate offer unlimited limits.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, deactivating excess seats or businesses without deleting raw records.
NEXENOPS data is hosted in premium, highly-secure cloud regions (Google Cloud Platform and AWS) with multi-zone redundancy, ensuring 99.99% uptime and fast local response times.
We run automated full-system backups every 24 hours. Backups are stored in isolated, geodistributed data vaults to guarantee disaster recovery capability at any time.
Yes. Enterprise and Ultimate plans support SAML 2.0 and OIDC configurations, allowing your organization to connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or Google Workspace credentials seamlessly.
Yes. All actions including POS sales, stock updates, inventory transfers, and settings edits are recorded in platform activity logs, which are accessible by admins for auditing.
Ultimate plans carry a written 99.99% service level agreement (SLA). In the rare event of service disruption, we issue account billing credits according to our SLA policy.
