1. Acceptance of Terms
By establishing an account, registering a business tenant, or interacting with the POS checkouts on NEXENOPS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our dashboard tools or API sandboxes.
2. License & Scope of Use
NEXENOPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform services for your business operations.
Under this license, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile any internal SQLite transaction logs routing mechanisms.
- Exceed your assigned resource subscription limit boundaries through automated API queries.
- Utilize our POS registration software to conduct or log illegal transactions.
- Resell or package the NEXENOPS dashboard features as a standalone offering without express written consent.
3. Account Security Rules
Business owners must ensure that cashier and manager profiles are assigned with appropriate credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and monitoring active shifts logs. NEXENOPS is not liable for unauthorized balance modifications or stock audits due to compromised staff password parameters.
4. Subscription & Billing
NEXENOPS offers a 14-day free trial. If no subscription plan is chosen prior to trial expiration, your tenant dashboard goes into read-only mode.
Billing is processed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually. Discount rates applied to annual subscriptions are governed dynamically by active Super Admin coefficients at the moment of billing cycle initiation.
5. Fair Use & Plan Limits
Plan limits restrict the total active businesses, staff profiles, and products catalog entries across all locations. If your business exceeds these limits (e.g. following a plan downgrade), the system deactivates excess records sequentially to comply with the plan constraints.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXENOPS provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that our services will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from minor errors. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential lost profits or business interruptions.
7. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in fraudulent transactions, or fail to pay outstanding subscription balances.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in our primary corporate jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
