1. Scope & Application
This Privacy Policy details how NEXENOPS processes, collects, and secures personal and corporate telemetry when you navigate our public pages, register an account, configure a multi-tenant business organization, or initiate transactions on our Intelligent POS registers.
By utilizing our services, you acknowledge the rules and methods detailed within this policy. This documentation applies strictly to services operated by NEXENOPS and does not govern third-party portals, databases, or hardware that you integrate into your business.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide voluntarily, automated database logging, and transaction logs.
- Voluntary Registrations: Full name, corporate email address, password hashes, mobile phone configurations, and billing address keys.
- Business Telemetry: Business legal naming structures, local branch registration identifiers, staff rosters, worked schedule shift timetables, and inventory SKU lists.
- Financial Logs: Transaction receipt items list, checkouts timestamp curves, cashier identification keys, and collected local tax calculations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Under global data regulations (such as GDPR in the European Union and CCPA in California), NEXENOPS processes your data based on standard legal coefficients:
- Contractual Compliance: To establish and maintain your multi-tenant workspace platform database.
- Legitimate Interests: To run performance audits on our servers, trace API latency, and resolve checkout runtime bugs.
- Legal Obligation: To maintain strict corporate financial ledger records for auditing, tax collections verification, and fraud detection.
5. Security & Encryption
We implement enterprise security blueprints to safeguard your database instances:
- Encryption in Transit: TLS 1.3 encryption protocols gating all public browser endpoints.
- Encryption at Rest: Database assets are encrypted using the AES-256 standard.
- Logical Tenant Isolation: Custom database routing tokens guarantee that staff profiles from one business cannot view database transactions of another business.
6. Data Retention Policy
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription lifecycle. If you choose to deactivate your account or downgrade, we enter a graceful holding state:
- Downgrades: Excess staff profiles and business locations are simply disabled and masked, but are never deleted.
- Account Deletion: Upon receiving a formal delete request, we completely purge active database rows within 30 days. Archive backup tapes are overwritten within 90 days.
7. User Rights & Choices
No matter your location, NEXENOPS offers standard rights controls to all users:
- Right to Access: You can download detailed reports of all transactions and employee profiles.
- Right to Rectification: Edit names, SKUs, prices, and settings directly from the dashboard controls.
- Right to Portability: Export catalog lists and inventory profiles to standard CSV and JSON outputs.
8. Policy Updates & Contact
We periodically update this policy to remain compliant with changing privacy regulations and platform feature upgrades. Notification updates will be shared via billing dashboard notices.
